The relationship between businesses and their customers is changing: Cooperative marketing is developing in addition to the classical CRM. Customers appear not only as consumers. They are rather perceived as partners whose opinions and loyalty to a brand are very valuable.
We already react to that point. We provide (beside classical customer relationship management) strategy and conception, building, operating, and controlling of „cooperative marketing platforms“ as well. Consumer activities are recorded and analyzed and serve as the base for identification and recruitment of so called „lead users“. These lead users are involved as multipliers in marketing processes of our clients, and they are actively managed. For campaigns based on cooperative marketing we rely on, for example, product ratings and reviews, social media (blogs, social networks, forums) and viral strategies.
